When gear is rented for the weekend (Friday/Saturday), it must be returned on the following Monday. No extra charge or late fees will be applied for Monday returns as we are closed Sunday. Rental equipment is subject to availability. During peak times, some sizes or items may not be available. Please call ahead for groups of 5 or more or to speak to us regarding reservations at our Lethbridge location. All reservations/rentals must be paid in advance and are non-refundable. the rental payment period is based on the number of days the equipment is out of our shop and not days of use. we offer a lenient 3-12 rule, equipment picked up after 3pm the day before use and dropped off before 12pm the day after use, can be considered a single day rental. any time out side of this period will be subject to additional rental days, no exceptions.
